a8 is proud to announce our Board of Advisors. These individuals are truly exceptional leaders-of leaders. Mr. Donte Andry, Mr. Tom Searles and Dr. Ron Jenson are all successful entrepreneurs each offering over 30+ years in distribution, technology, commercial and business real estate, speaking and education. Their combined experience, vision and entrepreneurial acumen has developed a network of business and community leaders in the US as well as a number of countries globally.

Dr. Ron Jenson brings leadership and education skills. He has written over 24 books and is the former President of Campus Crusade for Christ. He is Chairman of High Ground, a nonprofit organization focusing on empowering Influencers for strategic impact. To date, he has sold over 1,000,000 audio education and inspirational products...worldwide.

Tom Searles brings exceptional skills in Real Estate and Finance. Tom has his MBA from University of Southern California and serves on the USC Board of Governors.

Tom is the CEO of Searles and Company. Tom has been directly involved in over 5,000,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and arranged over $500,000,000 in debt and equity financing.

Donte Andry brings a valuable global business perspective having successfully developed businesses and relationships in a number of different countries. Donte is an accomplished entrepreneur involved in a number of different industry segments including; Health and Wellness, Personal Development and Real Estate. Today he owns and operates 3 different companies. He has an MBA from Pepperdine University, the Graziano School of business.
